The Silverspoon menu is seasonal American cuisine, presented creatively with market driven, sustainable and heirloom ingredients. Our hope is to provide diners with updated versions of classic regional dishes, contemporary sauces, and an enticing marriage of taste, texture and color. Not trendy, just delicious.
