4 Course Tasting Menu ~ Wednesday December 7th - Saturday December 10th

A special tasting menu that brings to mind the season of warm nutmeg and rosemary, the tempting crackle of roasting meats and vegetables, and the enticing aroma of home baking.

First Course ~ Starter
Roasted Eggplant Round
stuffed with green lentils and dried cranberry, portuguese sweet bread, whipped winter spice feta cheese

Second Course ~ Soup 
Sweet Potato + Red Bell Pepper Bisque 
moroccan harissa crema and micro greens

Third Course ~ Entree
Duck Wellington
roasted duck breast in puff pastry, truffled mushroom duxelles, caramelized sweet onion, garlic and herb duchess potato, blackberry demi glace

Fourth Course ~ Dessert 
Flourless Chocolate Decadence Cake
chocolate ganache, mocha chip mousse, and sweet cranberry compote
